Character Design Challenge - Marvel Heroes and Villans - Street Tech-wear Jubilee

My submission for the Character Design Challenge for the Month of July. The theme was Marvel Heroes and Villains, and I chose to remake Jubilee from X-Men.

I largely based it off of the 90s X-Men Animated series Jubilee, with som influences of her comic appearance around that time and in X-Men Legends
